Having lived in the two emispheres, I have seen different skies from different perspectives, sometimes with even funny narratives. For example, imagine a man standing in the Southern Emisphere: from an outer point of view, the man is upside down, his feet are attached to the ceiling and his head is floating in a very strange way below his waist. No matter how strong he firmly stands on the ground, he's still upside down. Looking at stars and the Moon from that position is a mesmerising experience. The Moon, as shot from the Southern Emisphere appears flipped on the other side, in other words, even the Moon is upside down. That is the real space oddity.
"The Southern Hemisphere holds all the good stuff.” - Bart Bok, Dutch-American explorer.
